Home fragrance sourcing from India.
India is a growing global origin for private-label home fragrance — reed diffusers, room sprays, scented sachets, premium incense, and solid balms. Fragrance development is a programme, not an SKU
Fragrance development typically runs 4-8 rounds — the first round is a scent-direction fan, subsequent rounds are refinement, the final round is IFRA documentation and allergen declaration. Buyers often underestimate the time: a bespoke diffuser fragrance takes 10-14 weeks from brief to first PPS production. We lock the fragrance brief and the retail timeline on day one so launches don't slip.
Hazmat routing
Room sprays and some diffuser bases are classified as limited-quantity hazmat under IATA / IMDG. We handle the full UN3334 / UN1197 flashpoint and quantity declaration, consolidate hazmat shipments onto suitable vessels only, and attach the SDS and transport-emergency-contact sheet with every PO.
Manufacturing clusters
Asia Sourcing operates from Moradabad with technical teams covering every relevant candles & home fragrance cluster:

- IFRA / CPSC / EU compliance
- Hazmat documentation
- Buying house operations for retailers running the full programme end-to-end

CE where applicable, REACH SVHC, LFGB for food contact and EUDR for timber are coordinated factory-side; German Lieferkettengesetz chain-of-custody paperwork on request. See regional pages for Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain.

Frequently asked
Can you develop a private-label reed diffuser range?
Yes. Fragrance development, glass-vessel sourcing from Firozabad, rattan-reed supply, retail-ready labelling and branded gift boxes are all handled under one PO.
Are Indian-sourced room sprays compliant for EU retail?
Yes. EU 1223 cosmetics-regulation labelling is required for body-contact scents; EN 15494 for ambient-use sprays. Our compliance team handles both tracks.
What's the MOQ for a bespoke fragrance?
After fragrance lock, 1,000-2,000 units per SKU is the entry economic batch for diffusers; 2,000+ for sprays.
