Overview
Pashmina shawls, paper mache and walnut carving — Kashmir's four GI-protected crafts.
Kashmir Valley is home to four distinct Geographical Indication (GI) protected craft ecosystems: Kani and Sozni pashmina shawls, hand-painted paper mache, walnut wood carving and hand-knotted silk carpets. Our sourcing programmes here work with cooperative artisan clusters in Srinagar, Ganderbal and Anantnag — every shawl carries a Pashmina GI mark, every carpet is GoodWeave audited, and every paper mache batch is lead-free lab tested. Cold-chain logistics through Jammu and Delhi.
