Delhi consolidation hub operations

Our Delhi consolidation warehouse operates on a 5-10 day cluster-arrival window with each production cycle. Cluster managers align production timelines so all cluster shipments arrive within the window — the warehouse team verifies packaging integrity, cross-checks against the SKU-level packing-list manifest, applies any Dutch-retailer-specific final labelling (Bol.com marketplace barcode where applicable, Amazon NL FBA FNSKU where applicable), and consolidates into the outbound Rotterdam-destined container.

For Dutch buyers running split-container programmes (part case-pack for the brand's own Netherlands 3PL, part FBA-ready for Amazon NL and Bol.com marketplaces), the Delhi consolidation hub applies the appropriate labelling per-SKU per-carton at the consolidation stage. The container leaves Delhi with a single BOL routing, single customs documentation set, and a mixed cargo manifest.

Rotterdam-entry and onward Dutch 3PL routing

Rotterdam-arrival at Waalhaven or Maasvlakte within 22-26 days of Mundra or Nhava Sheva departure. Onward routing to the Dutch DTC brand's 3PL (Amsterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Tilburg, Bleiswijk are the main Netherlands 3PL clusters) typically 24-48 hours from Rotterdam customs clearance. For Amazon NL FBA components of the container, direct delivery to Amazon NL FBA wareneingang (Coevorden warehouse, or Tilburg FBA wareneingang) is standard.

For Bol.com marketplace components, direct delivery to the Bol.com fulfillment centre (Waalwijk or Tilburg) with the appropriate Bol.com marketplace-barcode labelling applied at factory or Delhi-consolidation stage. Our Delhi team coordinates with the Dutch buyer's Bol.com or Amazon NL account manager on FBA-inventory receipt scheduling to minimise wareneingang delays.

Typical operational workflow

Weeks 1-3: RFQ scoping across categories, marketplace-labelling requirements (Amazon NL FBA, Bol.com), Netherlands 3PL routing. Weeks 3-8: supplier shortlist and factory audits across 3-5 clusters. Weeks 8-14: sample development, pre-production sample review. Weeks 14-16: golden sample sign-off, production kickoff. Weeks 16-22: production, in-production inspections at each factory. Weeks 22-24: FRI, Delhi consolidation window, container loading with mixed cargo manifest. Weeks 26-28: arrival at Rotterdam, split routing to Dutch 3PL and Amazon NL / Bol.com FBA wareneingang.
