Programme scope: 3-4 quality-control touchpoints per SKU per production run — Initial Production Check at the top of the run, During Production Inspection at approximately 30% and 60% completion, Final Random Inspection at 80%+ packed goods to AQL 2.5 (Major) and AQL 4.0 (Minor), Container-Loading Supervision at Mundra or Nhava Sheva. Inspection protocol and reporting cadence

Every inspection follows a standard photo-and-report protocol. The inspector arrives at the factory unannounced (Standard) or with 24-48 hour notification (per buyer preference). Sample size per SKU per lot follows AQL 2.5 general-inspection Level II. Inspection covers: dimensional accuracy against the buyer-signed golden sample, finish integrity (colour, texture, surface defects), functional testing where applicable (drawer runners, hinges, wired lighting, electrical safety on lighting SKUs), packaging integrity (retail-shelf-ready packaging matches spec), and container-loading readiness.

Inspection report is delivered within 24 hours (working day). Report format: SKU-level sample-list, photos of every defect found, comparison against the golden sample, quantified defect rates (Major, Minor, Critical), and a clear release / rework-and-reinspect / reject recommendation. For LkSG documentation, the inspection report includes the underlying factory-audit-currency status and any supply-chain-risk-register-relevant observations.

LkSG-compatible standalone factory audits

For German buyers with LkSG obligations, we can also run standalone factory-audit refresh cycles annually — without disrupting the buyer's direct commercial relationship with the factory. Audit scope covers: legal-entity verification, social-compliance audit (BSCI, Sedex, or SA8000 refresh), environmental audit (formaldehyde-emission testing, FSC Chain-of-Custody currency, GOTS / GRS / OEKO-TEX scope refresh where applicable), and a supply-chain-risk-register-formatted output.

The audit report is formatted for direct upload into the German buyer's supply-chain-risk-register system without additional formatting overhead. For factories that need remediation-action support (open corrective-action items from the previous audit cycle), we can also engage in remediation-support work through our cluster managers.
