The leak-and-evaporation gate
Two defects dominate retailer-return rates for diffusers: cap-seal leak during ocean transit and premature evaporation shortening retail shelf life. Our standard spec locks a tamper-evident foil seal under the retail cap, a double O-ring in the reed collar, and QC drop tests at PSI; evaporation half-life is validated against the signed PPS in a 60-day pre-shipment hold-back.

How long does a 200 ml reed diffuser last?
Standard specification is 90-120 days of ambient diffusion from a 200 ml formulation, dependent on rattan-reed count and room ventilation. We benchmark actual half-life in PPS validation.
Can you develop vegan reed diffusers?
Yes. All our standard formulations use plant-derived fragrance components; animal-origin fixatives are specified only on request.
