The zipper and seam gate
Cushion covers return for three reasons: zipper failure, seam blowout under cushion-insert fill, and colour-fastness. Our standard spec locks YKK or equivalent zippers, double-stitched top-and-side seams at 10 stitches per inch, and ISO 105-C06 colour-fastness testing. The seam gate reduces returns by 60% versus programmes that spec single-stitched seams.

Do you supply cushion covers with inner fillers?
Covers only is the standard; fillers can be included but typically ship as a parallel SKU due to volumetric efficiency on container loading.
